Yes — joining Grem means partnering with eXp Realty. Our onboarding team handles the licensing transfer, board updates and announcements end-to-end. Most agents are fully transitioned in under 14 days, with zero gap in production.
There's no fee to join Grem itself. Standard eXp Realty agent fees apply (cap, transaction fees, and monthly tech fee). Mastermind access, private slack, mentorship calls, lead systems and revenue share are included with your eXp partnership.
